How to apply

To get started, please use the Apply Online form below to confirm your eligibility to take courses with TVO ILC. You will then be able to create an account for the TVO ILC Portal. This account will enable you to register, enroll in courses, track in-course progress, and more.

Are you already enrolled with TVO ILC?

No need to submit a new application - and you can begin choosing new courses!  Your documents are already saved in your new, upgraded TVO ILC student account. Simply follow these steps to reset your password: 

  1. Visit the "Change password” page.
  2. Enter the email associated with your myILC account. A password reset email will be sent to you shortly. 
  3. Check your inbox for our password reset email and click the link provided. 
  4. Enter your new password and submit. 
  5. Once confirmed, visit the TVO ILC Portal login page and log in with your username and new password.

Ontario Residents

$40 Admin fee (credited to first course) 

$40 per course

Non-Ontario residents living within Canada, who are one of the following: 

  • Indigenous applicants (living outside Ontario but residing within Canada) 
  • Active member (or dependent) of Canadian Armed Forces 
  • Ontario missionary

Non-Ontario/International residents pursuing OSSD

$180 OSSD Assessment fee
